| If tracking number is available, we will email it to you for your convenience. For
Larger orders, shipping will be at actual cost. You may contact our sales dept requesting total costs on orders of more than
6 items. RUSH ORDERS WILL SHIP AT REQUESTED SHIPPING. ACTUAL
SHIPPING COSTS WILL BE APPLIED. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, A.P.O., and countries outside the U.S. are shipped via United States Postal Service
Express Mail, and you will be billed actual shipping charges. If you would like to receive your products more quickly, three
day select, second day air, or next day air may be chosen with actual charges added. Please call to find out about expedited
delivery service charges. •
Home Delivery - If delivery is to a residence instead of a business, you will be charged
the additional UPS Residential Surcharge (currently $2.00, subject to change).
RETURN POLICY We want you to be
pleased with your products. However,
if there are any parts that arrive damaged and need replacement, please contact us by email with your explanation. We will
do everything we can to replace same or similar product to any damaged parts. Fabric that is cut or damaged by customer during construction
of item is not covered but can be re-purchased at a reduced cost. Shipping for any items that arrive damaged and need
replacement parts, will be replaced at no charge.
All
forms of payment are accepted in US dollars. We will ship withing 24 hours once payment is
cleared.
